What people are saying

“I’ve been coming to Gill’s classes for 6 months and was not sure if I’d left it too late. I can feel an improvement in my strength and flexibility and I use the breathing and relaxation techniques throughout the week”
– Susan

“Gill is a very dedicated, passionate yoga teacher. Her enthusiasm and attention to detail is a huge part of her teaching. As a result, not only do I practice yoga regularly, I am learning at the same time”
– Laura

“Gillian is a knowledgeable and encouraging instructor. Her classes are well prepared and she takes time to explain each posture and practice and adapts them to the individual. I feel relaxed and calm at the end of the session. The breathing and relaxation techniques I have learnt have been invaluable”
– Tracy
Classes with Me
To give you an idea about what to expect from my class, firstly I would say to new students that Yoga is non-competitive and rather encourages us to look inwardly, focusing on our ourselves rather than comparing to others.

A typical class incorporates meditation, breathing techniques, postures, and relaxation.
