My classes are inclusive and welcoming to all adults, whether you are new to yoga, have lapsed in practice or are already a yogi. Anyone can practice yoga no matter what your strength or flexibility is.

To give you an idea about what to expect from my class, firstly I would say to new students that Yoga is non-competitive and rather encourages us to look inwardly, focusing on our ourselves rather than comparing to others.

A typical class incorporates meditation, breathing techniques, postures, and relaxation.
