My classes are inclusive and welcoming to all adults, whether you are new to yoga, have lapsed in practice or are already a yogi. Anyone can practice yoga no matter what your strength or flexibility is.

Gentle Yoga

A chair-based yoga practice suitable for adults with mobility issues, injuries, disabilities, as well as seniors. This supportive practice will help you to stay active without risk of strain or injury while gently developing and increasing mobility & muscle strength. I teach aspects of the Yoga4Health protocol, details of which can be found here. The class incorporates breathing techniques, postures, meditation relaxation.

Hatha Yoga

Is the yoga of force as the practice focuses on building strength, alignment, and flexibility in the body through held postures and sequences. It also integrates breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation, which elevates the practice to more than an exercise class. Yoga is about developing self-awareness, inviting you to look inwardly, to take time for yourself and not compare to others.

My adult classes are suitable for beginners and upwards and I teach all students with encouragement, inclusivity, and an element of light-heartedness.
